Copper-Tin Pre-alloyed Powders (CuSn)

MEPOSO bronze powders are copper and tin pre-alloyed, available in spherical or irregular shape, manufactured by water or air atomisation. Our range covers compositions from Cu 96% / Sn 4% up to Cu 50% / Sn 50%, serving the most demanding industrial requirements.

With 19 standard grades across two production methods, we offer a solution for virtually every bronze powder application -- from PTFE compounds and sintered filters to diamond wheels and additive manufacturing.

Leaded and lead-free bronze powders for steel-backed bi-metal bearings

MEPOSO can also support bronze powders developed for bi-metal strip and steel-backed bearing applications. In this area buyers normally qualify chemistry, lead or lead-free route, particle-size class and morphology together with process repeatability. Bi-containing grades such as PB, BS and BB are considered ecological bronze alloys for lead-free bearing routes.
