Comprehensive range of atomized metal powders, pre-alloys and metallic pigments for diverse industrial applications
We start from selected raw materials, prepare the melt under controlled conditions and choose the most suitable atomization route according to alloy chemistry, target shape and final application.
Liquid metal is poured through calibrated nozzles and broken into fine droplets by air, water or gas jets. The atomizing medium and cooling speed influence morphology, particle size distribution, apparent density and the way the powder behaves in the customer process.
After atomization, powders are dried, sieved and classified. We then verify chemistry, particle size, apparent density, flow and morphology so the grade released is consistent with pressing, brazing, friction, decorative or specialty requirements.
